Acidity Diet

generally, we have acidity if we ate something that create gastric pain or irritation to our stomach. some researches show that acidic foods are harmful to our health.

Food should be avoided to cure acidity are : High fat foods, tomato’s & citrus fruits, chocolates , garlic, onion, spicy food, caffeine ( tea or coffee), Mint etc.

Home remedies: you can take coconuts water, water lemon juice, maintain regular eating time, butter milk.
